H1b interview
Hello Everyone,
Currently I am working for XYZ company. My L1b was rejected in Dec 2014 from XYZ company.
in 2014, I had h1 approved from ABC company. However got 221g during stamping interview in Sept. 2014. ABC attorney submitted docs in Jan 2015. in April 2015, I got letter from consulate mentioning that case is sent back to Vermont center for review. Case is still for review.
Now XYZ company use my H1b approved I797 and filed for new H1b and it is approved. Now I will be going for stamping from XYZ company.
Can I expect any complications during stamping interview?
