H1b Interview experience.
I attended my Interiview Today sucessfully and received my passport with VISA stamped on Mar 24th.

Mine was a New employment with a Direct employer in the U.S. with Product development activity without any client.

After completing initial Formalities, reached the Officer for Interview. I have visited U.S. earlier on B1 visa for two weeks.

Officer : Can I have your passport?
Me : Passed on the Passport + Basic Documents verified during screening.

Officer : Are you going to U.S?
Me : Answered with details regarding employer and job offer.

Officer: What is your pay?
Me : Answered. (My pay in the Job Offer letter was higher than that mentioned in LCA, I129). So I answered the No mentioned in Job Offer. He cross checked with LCA, I129 and asked me about the discrepancy. I passed on my Job Offer letter to him and he was convinced.

Officer : Scanned thro my passport and found my B1 VISA and asked have you worked in the U.S. before?
Me : Answered.

Then the golded words came, you VISA is approved and he gave me the White pamphlet and asked my to read it. He also said, enjoy your stay in the U.S.

After that I thanked him with happiness and completed my Interview.

Good luck to all of you who are attending Interviews.
