H1B -L1 Visa dilemma!!
Hi Everyone,
I am in a very peculiar position.I was issued 221(g) at chennai consulate on 18th september.I already have L1 from my current employer.They want me to travel immediately to USA for a 1 year assignment.I can't deny them because i have'nt got my H1B yet.221(g) is valid for 1 year.
can i submit my documents after coming back from USA or it might further reduce my chances of getting H1B visa even more.I am planning to come back to India after 8-9 months and then i will submit the documents mentioned in the 221(g) form.
What should i do??I am in a very confused state.
