H1B petition Refused and sent for Revocation

I had very bad experience at delhi consulate on November 4th, I am working in US from last 3 years, I had changed the employer so came back for stamping.
There were not many questions asked by VO, please read below.
VO: Asked for the documents
Me: Gave it
VO:Whom you are working for?
Me: XYZ, INC
VO: Who is the client
Me: ABC
VO: Then ABC should have filed you the petition, XYZ donot have qualified employment for me. He said he is going to send message to USCIS for revoking my petition. He gave yellow form.
He was not ready to listen to me nor he looked at any of the documents.
Please suugest me what should I do, has anyone gone through similar situation, please suggest.
Please try your luck near your home town, dont try my way, I am from hyd and have gone for stamping in Delhi, lot of expenditur plus now I hear that if we need to reapply, we need to apply at the same place and it is painful to visit Delhi from Hyd everytime.
Can anyone suggest will it be safe if I apply at hyd or chennai this time.
Delhi, dont go guys, infront of me he made so many cry(atleast 15 got refused)
I am in confusion, please suggest me if someone had similar exp and is trying to visit other consulate..
