H1B - Refusal
Hi,
I appeared for H1B Interview at Chennai on 30th August'07 and they gave me 221(g) saying it is under AAP(Additional Administrative Processing). And on 1st jan'08 I received one courier having one letter saying that they refused my Visa processing stating that my US petitioner is unable to provide me employment as per Law in US. Now they had sent all docs to USCIS and returned my passport with out stamping any a seal like "Rejected" or something.
So please guys i want your help what should I do, As I have asked my consultant about this so they told me that they will fight with USCIS and resolve the case. So, Is this possible, Please help me.
