H1B rejected with AFU
hi all,

This post is to share my experience and stop if any one is trying/thinking to do the same mistake which i had done earlier .

In year YYYY i had applied for H1-B visa with an experience letter of the company(Indian company ) for which i didnt worked.

The visa officer asked me to get few other documents from my current company and US company.

As i bought the experience with money the indian company had promptly provided me with all the documents which i have asked for.But my US company couldnt provied few of the documents and my visa got rejected saying that they will investigate into my case and gave AFU on my passport.

But after a 7 years I am planning to applY onCe again for US H1-b VISA(THOUGH I AM NOT HOPEFUL OF GETTING IT).

This time no fake/fraud documents. I have all the genuine experience for the last 6 years .

But will the consulate fogive of my previous mistake.??????(If i was a visa officer i wouldnt have ).
Am i permanently ineligible for applying visa ??

I realised the consequences of my mistake .And I am thinking of accepting previous misrepresentation.

So dear friends please do not even think of putting fake/fraud documents with ur visa application.

If any one can give some inputs to me ur welcome.
