H1B six years limit question
Hello All,

My six years on H1B will be completed by October 2018, where as by H1B expiry date is not until October 2019. This is because the 1st H1B was for one year and the next two extensions were for 3 years each, adding up to 7 years for expiry.
My employer hasn't started my green card processing yet, but will soon in the next couple of months. Right now I have an offer from a fortune 500 company and they wont start the GC process until an year after I join them. So my questions below:

1) As the 6 year period is reached in 2018 before the H1B expiry in 2019, will I have to apply for extension in 2018 itself with an approved labor? Or do can I continue until 2019 as normal and file extension when the actual period I will be on H1B will be 7 years.

2) If I apply for extension in 2019 will it have any affect on the processing due to being on H1B for 7years.

3) Do I still have an year to start GC processing with the new company if joined in the next couple of months?
