H1B Stamping in Mexico
Came to US on F1, got an H1B.
H1B stamped in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico for Employer 'A' in Sep' 2008 & ren-entered US.
Changed to H4 while in US for about an year.
H1B again with Employer 'B".
Transferred H1B to Employer 'C".
My situation is similar to ...Subhajit Dasgupta's post from June, 2011.
Confused with the same clause from the consulate site
"Applicants who entered the U.S. with a visa issued in their home country and changed status with Department of Homeland Security in the U.S. who seek a new visa in the new visa category."
Am I eligible to go for stamping in Mexico again or should I go to home country(India) for stamping. Kindly suggest...
