Hi Friends,
                 I had a interview in Aug.2005. This site helps me immensely. Don’t worry about interview. The entire thing that you need for interview is the confidence and presence of mind. I am posting my experience here. It was a cool morning at Mumbai. I come to consulate in the morning first I have complete the security check. After that I enter in the main hall, where I was asked to submit my I-797, passport, I-129 and questioners means (your resume which is given to you at the time of application at VFS with the appointment letter. I gave it to her. She arrange in the index all the document according to their requirement along with the entire necessary document, pink token and yellow envelope. Then I go to window no.1, where they took my one part of pink token. I complete my fingerprint scan. You have to first give the print of left index finger then right index finger. And then sit in the sitting arrangement. After 10 minutes my name is called at the window.

Here is the transcript:
I: Good Morning
Vo: Good Morning.
Vo: Give me the pink token.
I: Gave
Vo: So this is a new job to you from this company.
I: yes
Vo: How do you heard about this Job?
I: Give the answer.
Vo: What will be you job profile?
I: told my job profile.
Vo: How much your company is going to pay you?
I: xxxx
Vo: R u already working in any company?
I:xxxx

After a 10.minutes of interview my visa is approved.

The most important thing in the interview is that you should have al the document from your petitioner. If you have the entire genuine document then there is no need to worry.
