Dear Frnds,
i went to chennai for h1b visa interview on 02-Dec-2008. i got 221G form for additional docs.i submitted docs on 18-Jan-2008 .i got letter stating that my h1b visa application rejected due to employer is unable to provide employment.
I thoght it was the end for my H1B.
but interesting part is that...My case status is showing the following message...

On April 30, 2009, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you.
