H1B validity, new amendments and extension
Hi Team,
As per my H1B Visa my Issue date was 25th Oct 2016 and end date was 9th Sep 2018.
I landed in US on 22nd July 2017 and left US on 29th Oct 2018. This visa was filed by employer A.
I came back to India and joined different employer B on July 2019 and continuing working here.
Now my queries are
1. Can my current employer B file H1-B transfer?
2. Do they have to file H1-B extension or H1-B amendment?
3. Is this new process will be cap exempted ?
4. How long my H1-B is valid as I used only 2 years of H1B out of 6 years?
5. Till when I can file H1B extension or H1B amendment?
