I received a call from IT Holdings INC, NY for H1B sponsorship. They are saying that all the necessary help will be provided. I want to make sure about the company's rating & reputation before making any decision. They also ask $1500 as security deposit which they mention it as refundable.
I would also like to know one more information. At present I have H4 visa and wanted to apply for H1B visa now. In future if I want to switch back to H4 from H1B, what is the procedure and how it is to be executed.
