H1B, H4 Visa

Hi,

I would like share my H1b visa interview experience at Mumbai consulate. I work in EAC model and working in USA since last 7 years. I had my visa interview on 23rd Feb 2015. Here are questions visa officer asked:

VO: Good morning
Me: Good mornong, how are you doing?
VO: I'm doing good. So what do you do for YYYY (my employer)
ME: I'm working as YYYY (My role as mentioned in petition and letters, I also explained bit of my job responsibilities)
VO: Where do you work? At employer's location or client side?
ME: I work at Client;s location.
VO: Who is your client?
ME: Its ZZZ (I told her the client name)
VO: What are your job responsibilities there?
ME: I explained same which I answered earlier above.
VO: Whats your annual Salary?
ME: BBBB
VO: Thank you, your visa is approved.

I guess she was just cross checking my answers with petition documents. My suggestion is, be confident, answer only what they ask.
