H1B, H4 Visa

I have a question about h1b amendment for my h1b stamping going in Sep 19.

- My employer filed 3 amendments for immediate projects ( client A and 2 other same client B1)

- Same Employer
Client A - Is in still process no update ( My employer have asked for withdrawn but no update )
Client B1 got withdrawn- good
Client B1 new location got approved and active one ( valid for h1b visa )

- I am going for h1b visa ( F1 to H1b) stamping in sep19 on active h1b.

- should the old initial amendment? which is in progress- Is there any problem? for h1b visa?
- this many amendments any problem for my h1b visa?
- I have 2 layers( vendor and Implementation Partner ) in between my employer and end client
Is this will be a problem?

Please help me with answers for above question.
