I am planning to Travel India,I have to go for Visa interview as my Visa has expired.My plan are still tentative, So if book a interview and my plan got cancel do i have to pay the Visa fees or it will be refunded ? Before how many days i have to schedule appointment ?what is the waiting period for interview ?
