I had my interview on 27 Nov,2017 at New Delhi Embassy. Got 221(g) for additional documents. Submitted documents on 13 Dec.

case created- 27 Nov 2017
1st update date- 22 dec 2017 (Administrative Processing)
2nd update date- 2 April 2018 (REFUSED)
I have not received any email regarding the refusal or any other thing. Does anyone know what the status 'REFUSED' actually mean ?
