H1b vs. AP/EAD
Hi All,
I am currently on H1b status, approved this past Oct, but haven't gotten a visa stamp yet. Now I got my GC AP/EAD card too. My husband and I plan to go back to my home country to visit family next month. Should I get my H1b visa stamp too while I was there, even though I can use my AP card to come back?
Anyone has experience with this?
