5 years stay in US. L1B-->H1B-->H1B Extension ( Visa approved today)
COUNTER 20 - He didn't even ask single document.
My 18 months old son said hai to VO. He was so impressed and he said, i know he is US Citizen. I said correct sir.
for H1B -
1. who is your end client?
2. What do you do for the client?
3. who is your petitioner?
4. Return date to US?
for H4-
1. How long you married?
2. how old your son?
I am very very thankful to the immihelp. I was following for the past 2 moths. It was great forum.
Suggestion -
Please take a US Citizen kid in case if you have any. there is lot of advantage.
