My husban came with a work visa (H2B) which expired on December 10,2019 but he’s overstaying. I’m currently a green card holder; I’m getting naturalized on January 22,2020 that’s when my oath ceremony will take place and I’ll become a US citizen. My husband and I have been married since September 6,2019 any advice on visa overstays and status adjustment?
