H4 Approval : next steps
Hi Everyone
My H1B and my dependent's H4 extension is in progress right now. It was filed sometime in beginning of July by my company. I got the receipt notice for my application. In between me and my wife had to move to Canada on July 13th for job purpose. So I didn't received receipt notice for H4 application since we already left the country by that time. What I came to know for H4 application to proceed further dependent need to go through biometrics. In this case it didn't happened since I am outside USA and didn't received the receipt notice as well. Not very sure if there will be any implications for H4 visa later if we need to move back to USA at some point of time. Thanks in advance .
