hey guys, have few questions
me and my spouse were on f1,f2 visa respectively and recently got my h1b cos approved. also have i140 approved. we also have a <1 year kid born here in US so she is a US citizen.
1. is it better to do H4 COS for my spouse (which my employer is willing to file) vs to goto india and do consulate visa?.
2. does having a US citizen kid can impact getting H4 visa for my spouse?
