HI ALL,
My current H1,H4 and H4EAD stamped visa is expiring on 09/15/2022. If I file H4EAD extension before expiry date would applicant qualify/eligible for 540 days of extension, as per latest guidelines from USCIS H4EAD automatic extension of 540 days.
Please note H4 I-94 expiring 0n 09/15/2022.
Appreciate any thoughts or help on this situation, please help me with response I am in worst situation if I lose job before expiration of the EAD.
