EAD (WorkPermit)

both h1b and h4 ead filed together.

 previous h1b and h4 ead expiration date October 31st, 2017
received documents april 6, 2017

h1b and h4 ead approved june 28th, 2017
got approval notice july 3rd

waited for ead card till august 3rd
send service request august 3rd
got reply that u will get response till august 24th in mail but no response.
 called customer care. they said to wait for 30 days.
no response till sept. 3rd.

send follow up request also on 6th sept.

 called cust. .somebody see my ss on sept. 6th
 send letter on sept. 11th.received letter on sept. 17 in which its written that we have send ur request to the officer and the officer will review your case but no date mention till what date...

no response of follow up also

again wait for 30 days. no response till 17th October.

higher officer said to wait till 31st December , some said to wait till 31st October.they have different answers don't know how much time officer will take to review the case.

though my case is approved but my status was showing that case has been transferred from one office to another for jurisdiction.

called congressman on oct. 17th and he wants letter from my employer as I was been working and my job is on risk and send documents. I the evening called higher officer she said your case has approved before that nobody said my case is approved.
oct. 18th status changes to card is being produced
oct. 24th status changes to card is being mailed.
oct. 25th got card in my mail box by priority mail.
oct. 27th got another letter in which its written that we have send ur card for production and will mail to you.your issue was resolved due to biometrics issue...

I think only congressman helped us...
trust God ur will be coming soon.....
