H4 ead with a future date
Hi All,
My husband got his h4 ead finally after years of unsuccessful h1 lottery experiences. He also have a few job interviews lined up.
To our surprise the h4 ead had a start date of future, which is tagged to my h1 extension date. The H4 ead was filed as a new first time filing and not as an extension but USCIS somehow tagged it to the H1/H4 extension date which is far out in end of November,
What should we do next? Any help experiences is much appreciated.
We are a little hesitant to return the card that was issued.
