I have H1B stamped valid until Aug 2020.
I am getting married on Nov1 and we are residents of Hyderabad.
I am looking for appointments for H4 in nov but are not available.
I have dates in kolkata and mumbai. Is it safe to go for H4 stamping in kolkata/mumbai as i dont fall under those consulate districts?
