My wife visa expired and it was on company X.
The visa expired in july 2011 and before that i had a job change.So this was actually a renewal with a different company.She went with my kid who is a us citizen.
VO: What is your husbands salary in us?
My wife: Xyz dollars.
VO: For how long were you in usa.
My wife: For past one year.
VO: Is your baby a us citizen?
My wife: yes.
And then he came with golden words your visa is approved.
Points to note is if you have a kid with you ,you can avoid all the queues.
She went in and came out less than 20 minutes/
Even though it was specified on guidance sheet that original i797 from h1 holder is required,they didnt ask for it.
