I have a question
I went to interview 4 months ago with my husband and the oficer sent me to file i601 for a mistake that I made on a Visa application 12 years ago, my husband divorced me and i didn't know ,so i applied for Visa as married women
When i received the divorce 2 years after i realized i was divorced
That wasn't my fault
I explained to the officer I didn't know ,however he sent me to file i601
I mailed it to USCis 2 weeks ago
You guys know how long is the process
