Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi Family, hope everyone is keeping safe out there. I am a 485,130,765 filing date 9/19/2019. I just received a RFE requesting for Hose lease with both our names, Deeds and Mortgages , combined financial resources , utility bills, loans installments , bank account statements with both our names in it, Insurance Policies that shows other spouse as beneficiary, state tax returns and all those evidence require one with a Social security. Well i can not give most of the things that need social security number. Kindly advice what other evidence can i submit to them to be alternative. Has anyone here received anything like this?

They also requested for an affidavit from a third party who are familiar with our marriage , it should be supported by documentary evidence and sworn to or affirmed by people who have personal knowledge of our courtship, wedding ceremony and marital relationship who can provide detailed explanation of how thy acquire the knowledge.

End up by saying please submit any other evidence that will help USCIS determine whether you and the beneficiary have a bona fide marital relationship

Why would they ask all these? Does this mean that i will not be called for interview?
