Help!!
I had my I-485 (daughter petitioned) interview in Atlanta on 3/21/16. The Officer said everything looked okay, but he couldn't immediately locate the medical report in my file which I sent with the initial application back in October 2015, so he needed to find it before making a decision. He gave me a paper that said my case was being held for review, and to allow 120 days before inquiring about it.
Well, it will be 120 days next week, on 7/19/16, so I have made an Info pass appointment for 7/25/16. Is this the best route to prompt action on their part? If not, does anyone have any suggestion? I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar experience and how it was resolved.
I should mention that the online status still says 'Interview scheduled for 3/21/16'. There have been no updates whatsoever.
