COURTESY LETTER TO APPLICANT

An initial review of evidence submitted with your application to register permanent resident or adjust status determined that the evidence submitted is not sufficient to complete adjudication for the following reasons:.

* The version of the form I-693 submitted is no longer in use.(NOTE: As of January 2, 2018 USCIS will only accept Form I-693 with edition date 10/19/2017. Therefore, an update Form I-693 with edition date 10/19/2017 is required if you submit Form I-693 to USCIS on/after January 2, 2018.

You will be required to submit information and evidence to overcome the aforementioned deficiencies at a later date.
Please follow these instructions:

*If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring information to address these issues to your interview appointment.

DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS. Mailing documents to this office may result in the processing of your case.

The fault wasnt mine, because I took my updated form to the doctor and they told me that they already had one prepared.

I know the process is long and I may have to make a new one. but my question is it can delaying the process?

and what it mean (the evidence submitted is not sufficient to complete adjudication)

if you can help me with your opinions please.

the forum is very useful, thank you for sharing your experiences

Pat.
