I helped a friend file all his paperwork and today he recieved a “I-693 Deficiency notice” saying a completed and signed medical form was not submitted.
The thing is that the i693 in fact WAS submitted with all forms (i485,i765,i130,i131,i864’s,i944 and i693 in sealed envelope from the doctor)
I really wouldnt want him to repay the 300$ medical just because theyre blind and didnt see he submitted it with everythinf else
Help, if anyone knows what we should do , thank you in advance
