I had my interview yesterday at the chicago field office, the IO was mean, basically emphasizing on my F1 status, I never made it to the school cause of family Mis-conduct, I tried explaining to him but he keeps saying I did it on purpose.
My wife filed our joint tax refund in 2019 which was paid to her account and he asked why not the joint account ? He accused us of fraud which wasn’t.
He didn’t made a decision and he said he will send us RFE, I’m so depressed and don’t know what to do at this point.
