Hi guys, I’m back again. I did my interview back in feb and it never went well. Interviewer was mean and didn’t listen to answers to what he asked.
However, both applications were not approved and they did sent us to provide more evidence of marriage after tons of evidence provided at the interview.
He also said something about my F1 visa cause I couldn’t make it to the school due to family reasons.
Now he wants me to proof I made contact with my family and other documents I submitted to the school back in 4-5 years ago.
I don’t have none of these in my reach and the communication with my daily was through the phone.of someone I met back then cause I do not have a carrier service then.
Please what can I do.
My lawyer said we need to resubmit and add more evidence but if we do not work on the FI visa they will deny and if evidence is not strong enough i might be deported back to my home country.
