Hello everyone,
Thanks to God my I-485 was approved and it is on its way to my address.
Question:
1. I have a job offer and I want to start as soon as my card arrives. Since I lived here in the US before, I already have a social security card and number. Will they send me another social security number/card, or no? My lawyer said that it will be sent via mail. Do I need a new ss number?
2. Can I start working with my old social security number?
3. I have read in some websites that my number will be the same, they will only make an update if my card had some working restrictions. Is that correct?
Can anyone please help?
