HELP!! H1B Return Package
Hi All
Please help me if you had similar experience.
I applied for H1B earlier this year however I did not get it. I did pay for it, it was a mutual agreement between the company and me. But it's almost December now. I still have not yet received my returned package. I looked up the tracking number, it shows that label was created but no shipment yet?
I'm just wondering since it's way after 90 days now. If I have the cashier check number, am I able to ask my company to return the money to me? Thank you!
