Help Help! Divorce Decree
Hi all so briefly I was divorced in Kuwait 5 years ago.
We had attended our AOS interview on feb 25, 2019 and just got an RFE yesterday.
the RFE was for my first marriage divorce.
I had sent in a translated copy of the marriage certificate from the Kuwait court, now they are asking for proof that first marriage has ended, exact wording
" such proof would normally be (absolute) divorce decree, for immigration purposes this evidence must be registered with the government agency authorized to register such documents"
has any body faced this issue or similar and how did you solve it.
Do I just send in the original along with the translated copy or what else should I do.
