HELP! HELP!! HELP!!!
My husband is a USC citizen. We have been married since 3 months ago. I have started the processing of my green card. I have put together all my documents but what is left for me to submit my document to uscis is the affidavit of support for my husband. He was unable to file tax this year for 2016 return because of identity theft issue. But we have a co sponsor who earns very well. My husband is unable to get his w-2 from his previous employers because he worked in another state. So what should i do? should I submit my documents and check the box in the affidavit of support that state that my husband didn't file with reasons. Will that be enough to submit my application to uscis without getting RFE considering the fact that we have a co-sponsor that earns more than the required amount for the poverty level of household with all their required documents.
