I 130 approved, I 485 denied.
I had my interview back in February 2016. After 3 months
I was served a NOID for declaration of age instead of original birth certificate.
My attorney responded to the noid with attestation of birth from national population commission, Nigeria.
Four months later my I 485 was denied because of the birth certificate issue.
Please I need your advice. Can I go for motion to reopen or refile a new I 485 .
