Interview Date: Nov 1, 2016
I received another RFE today asking me to redo my medical exam. I know that the medical exam is valid for one yer. I completed mine in Oct 2015 and submitted my I-485 in May 11, 2016. That should be valid right?
When we had the interview I clarified this with the immigration officer because she said my medical is already expired. I said that my understanding was medical exam ahould be one year from the date submitted. It's not our fault that it took them long to schedule my interview.
Can anyone clarify this please? Should I schedule an info pass and dispute this or should I just trtake the medical exam?
