Please don’t answer me if u r not sure about what r u saying.
My wife and I had a fight few days a go. She called the police and I was arrested for one night. Next day I had a court she came to the court and she asked judge to release me from jail. I was released for 5000 bound till next court. She regret it. But unfortunately, it will go to my record and “Asstult charge”,
: she is the citizen and she filed I-130 & I-485 for me. At meantime we still waiting for my green card interview.
My question: what gonna happened in I-485 case?? What happened will impact on my case ??
