I am due for a H1 interveiw shortly in Oct 2005.
My 2 concerns are as under :
1) I am presently working for a big MNC in India , am holding a junior manager profile . The offer which i presently have from US is for a start - up company established in Year 2000 and profile is an engineer's profile .
Will this be a problem , if i am asked during the interveiw about my designation/role in present company in India and my designation/role with the company in US , as there is change in role.A bit of a down-grade from Junior management to Engineer role.
2) The company in the US has very less number of employees . If i am asked about the strength of the employees in the US company (which is single digit as mentioned in the petition and i would obviosly say the right figure ), and since they are very less , will this create problems? If so how do i tackle these questions.
