Adjustment of Status - I-485

MY pd; JULY15 ,BIOMETRICS AUG08 ,I requested to expedite my EAD and travel document due to my sick grandmother back home,i need to work a little to send money back home or even afford a ticket back home,my wife is struggling with our bills already,i used to be the overall breadwinner and caretaker of my people back home, they need money to take her to the hospital as I come from a developing country where if u don't pay the hospital will reject you! Today the uscis sent me a letter saying' Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling,your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional info to make a decision regarding your request, I just got off the phone with a level 2 officer and he said he does not know what I should do that I should just send something ,I cant get a hospital proof because she is presently home and they cant afford a hospital...ur suggestions would be appreciated as my grandma sponsored me tru med school,i need to help her
