help with ap
hi guys i have a few questions that i need help or opinions on. i have had daca since 2013 and i am now deciding if i should apply for app. my only concern is that i would apply for ap to visit my last grandparent that is alive and that i havent seen since i left mexico when i was 8 i am now 26.

he is sick not dying thank god but he is old.i would use him as a reason however for some reason on my birth certificate they made a mistake and put him as my grandpa however they put by mistake that he was dead back then which was wrong.

i do have my moms birth certificate which also shows him, i have his id forms from mexico valid and active which obviously show he is alive i also have his birth certificate, and i will be getting a letter from his doctor.

my concern is , if the officer looks at my birth certificate and sees he shows as "dead" he would wonder. i am thinking of writing a declaration with the explanation of the mistake made by them and the damn type writer they use to use in mexico. im not sure if i would get denied of if even a small mistake like this matters.

i was also thinking i looked at my first application when i send my birth certificate for the first time and noticed the person who translated my certificate didnt even put him as dead. so they may not very well know if they dont know the spanish meaning word next to his name.

what do you guys think write a declaration with the explanation and my supported documents or i am screwed ? i guess all i have to do is show that he is indeed alive and not dead.

any opinions or similar situation i would appreciate any replies please
