Help with derivative beneficiary
Posting again because of so much confusion. So I am a us citizen and I will apply i130 for my parents next month. I have two siblings aged 13 and 22 and my younger sibling cannot live without my parents. Do I include the 13 year old as beneficiary derivative in the petition and should I let my parents come here and apply for my 13 year old?
Also my parents and siblings have visit visa.
Now part b for my 22 year old sibling I was told that my parents should come here first and apply for him, I understood because the wait time would be between 4-6 years but since my 22 year old sibling would drop my parents and come visit me, can my parents apply i130 for him and do adjustment status while he is here in the us or I a us citizen can do that for him since he would already be here?
