HELP WITH MOTION TO REOPEN CASE ( Houston)
please all, is there anyone here in this group that as filed for MTR as a result of error in the decision from uscis. My Ead and Ap was denied as a result of not responding to RFE
RFE was sent on June, 4th but returned as undeliverable on the 17th, made service request for it to be resend on 17th, June 28, July 7, July 14th, sent email to corporate office July 15, send mailed to Lee summit July 5th. Uscis answered all the SR on July 18th, denied EAD and AP but I-485 still showing usps returned document undeliverable...... Pls need all of your ideas.
