Help with my case
Hi guys, i ran into into some trouble and and i was given a one year misdemeanor probation under the first offenders act here in Georgia, but I wasn't convicted, i am under removal proceedings while my i130 and 485 are still pending approval , i filed in 2016 and went for my interview in June of 2017 but up till the UScis hasn't said anything on my case even after 3 service request they haven't sent me nothing, so the immigration judge told i should wait to hear from uscis to approve my i130 before my next immigration court date, please is there anything i can to hear from USCIS, maybe an info pass anyone??
