Help with SR request or case request
Hey everyone
My I-131 & 765 (EAD w/ advance parole) will be outside processing time in about couple of weeks. My status never got updated ever since 'fingerprint fee received'. My I-485 is through marriage to LPR (Green card holder).
I really need someone's help in regards to what can I possibly do to hear back something positive from uscis. Do i have to wait for case to become outside processing time and then raise SR or can I simply call them to check for my case status?
Here are my dates below:
I-130 PD March 2018
I-485, 765 and 131 receive date June 2019 (because I had to wait for the stupid visa bulletin to become current).
After filing in Philadelphia, I-130 was transferred to another office from California service center.
Biometrics were done shortly in July. However, my case status never got updated for biometrics received or reviewed or completed.
