Hello everyone, I would like to know if someone is also on my situation or not.
I did my interview (i485 marriage based with LPR) on Sept 27, 2018. I was given 120 days review after interview. No update yet. I didn't apply work permit with 485 because I am on my H1B.
So now, I wanted to change my job and new job doesn't do H1B, can i file work permit now, how long it might take? Plus my H1B is about to expire in a year.
