Hi folks,
My case today was active 98 days, I still have nothing at all, I-485: stuck in Fingerprint Fee Was Receive and I-765 : Case Was Receive. As experience you guys shared, I tried to do 3 ER (1 online and 2 Called). They just said nowaday, process for EAD not stric within 90days any longer.
Then I contact with my lawyer who is very famous in Immigration Field and filed everything of my case to USCIS and I got helpful information and relieved myself alot. Every case is different. After fingerprint is completed, USCIS must complete 2 checks: criminal background check and security name check. Security name check will base on your fingerprint but Crimial Background Check hold by alot of Agency of FBI (the process time is vary and can be up to 8 months with some cases and USCIS officer CAN'T INVOLVE this process ). You guys will not obtain appointment date until these 2 checks have been completed with results. The timeline of these checks' results would determine appointment date.
Summary, just be patient everyone :))))), don't compare your case with who had same PD with you cause you guys eventhough same PD but were in different location and took fingerprint complete differently. MOREOVER, DON'T TRUST time processing case in website USCIS coz I did random check with some case on this forum, they had interview date just 3 or 4 months although they are in super slow Field Office like Ohio or something like that.
Alright, don't lose your faith , don't be panic and paranoid and pushing Officer all the time, you will make your case more complicated, just PATIENT :)))
