Hello everyone, Please I need help ASAP, I filled for i485 AOS two weeks ago , marriage-based ,I have been married for almost two years, but my wife did the unthinkable, she committed adultery and now she is pregnant. She informed me about the pregnancy this weekend and made me understand the baby isn't mine. I'm so devastated after almost two years of marriage. I'm thinking of withdrawing the case honestly, I also noticed USCIS hasn't cashed my checks. Advice pleaseeeee!
